Shipping Notice for MINISO Giant Plush Orders

• ‌Shipping Method‌: All orders containing either:

  • MINISO Giant Size Plush ‌or‌

  • 2+ pieces of MINISO 50cm Plush will be shipped via sea freight.

• ‌Delivery Timeline‌:
Estimated arrival time is 20-30 business days after shipment.

• ‌Weekly Shipping Schedule‌ (GMT+8):

  • Orders placed ‌before Wednesday 23:59‌ will ship ‌that same weekend‌

  • Orders placed ‌after Wednesday cutoff‌ will ship ‌the following weekend‌

You are expecting to receive 2 tracking numbers, your first tracking code indicates your shipment has been loaded onto the vessel. Please note this code cannot be used to track progress on any website. Estimated transit times are:

  • 15-20 days for shipments to the Americas

  • 20-25 days for shipments to Europe

You will receive a second tracking code (from UPS, DHL, or FedEx) upon arrival in the destination country. This final-mile tracking code will allow you to monitor your package's progress until delivery to your address.

1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in PRC.

2. Processing Time

- In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends/public holidays).

- Pre-order items will be shipping out once the items available.

3. Delivery Timeframe

- Standard Regions: 7-14 business days after shipment. (Except plush over 50cm)

- Remote Areas: 7-30 business days after shipment. (Except plush over 50cm)

Note: Delays may occur due to customs inspections, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

- Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.

- All prices are final—no hidden fees. Taxes, duties, and service charges are included in the product price.

5. Packaging Notice

- Plush products exceeding 25cm in any dimension may be vacuum-sealed to reduce shipping volume/costs.

- Customers will receive the item in its original condition after removing the packaging.

6. Damaged/Lost Packages

- Requirement: If the parcel shows visible damage, record an unboxing video as evidence.

- Resolution: We will refund or reship damaged items after investigation (photos/video and order details required).

7. Customs & Import Policies

- While we handle all applicable taxes, local customs may occasionally hold packages for inspection.

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information; additional fees due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the buyer.
